Honoring Canada’s National
Indigenous History Month

This June, we honor Canada’s National Indigenous History Month with deep respect for the land, the knowledge, and the people who have shaped it for generations. We acknowledge the enduring presence and strength of First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples, whose histories, cultures, and contributions continue to enrich the places we live, work, and gather.

This month—and every month—we carry forward our responsibility to uplift Indigenous voices, share authentic stories, and celebrate the artistry that defines our Manitobah community.

Throughout June, we'll be sharing stories that honour the past and present, offering space for learning, and spotlighting Indigenous artists and changemakers who walk with strength and creativity. This is a time for reflection, celebration, and connection.

We're honored to walk this path with you.
